The following features are offered with our Free Account for new members or for those who do not need the feature rich experience offered with our Premium Account:
- Online Jounal - Log into our website to record your Journal entries. Your journal entries are stored in an encrypted database for privacy. Journal entries are only viewable and searchable by you.
- Basic Task Management - add and check off tasks to help keep you organized.
- 50MB Storage - up to 50MB of storage on our server. Once this limit is reached you will need to upgrade your account or pay to have your journal archived to CD.

In addition to the features offered in our Free Account, Premium Accont members enjoy the following benefits:
- Secure Website (https) - Increase the security of your journal by accessing it via a Secure Web URL (https). Secure websites enable all entries to be posted over the web with the highest 128 bit encryption possible.
- Email your journal! - You get your own securejournal email account that you can email your journal entries to. Pictures and files attached to emails are added to your Media folder. SecureJournal emails can be configured and password protected to protect your account from spam.
- Way More Storage - Use up to 600MB of storage on our servers. Once this limit is reached you will need to pay to have your journal archived to CD.
- Media Management - Upload your photos, files, etc into your searchable media center.
